Week 1, Day 1
Oops! Not a great start. I did run 3, walk 3 instead of run 2, walk 4. Woke up bleary-eyed and went to the gym, couldn't remember what I was meant to do so guessed. I also got half-way through and realised I had the incline set at 4.5 - how did that happen? Treadmill fairies I think. Well at least I've got started though. I've run on and off (mostly off) for a few months now with little progress and I'm going to get serious with this now. I don't want to be unfit anymore.
