Week 1, Day 3
Ok, I decided to stick with run 3, walk 3 for the rest of this week. I figure I've been running for a few months so I shouldn't have to start at week 1... I mean hell shouldn't I be running marathons in my lunch-break by now? Today was pretty hard... I can't believe a few months ago I could run 3k straight and now it seems hard to run for 3 minutes at a time. I wouldn't have thought I could get any less fit than I was then!
