Week 2, Day 5 - It's getting easier!
I can't believe this day has come, I actually feel a bit fitter! I tried just relaxing into the running a bit more and I tried to take deeper breaths and I definitely came out of the gym looking a lot less red-faced than usual. How's that for motivation! Yeehaw.
