I once read on a "personal development" blog that the best way to get out of bed in the morning is to sit stright up the moment the alarm goes off.
Stretch up towards the ceiling with your arms...
Get off the bed, bend over and touch your toes, bending your knees...
...and you almost will never get back in the bed.
I have been doing it for a month. It helps on those mornings where I am getting ready to run for 4-5 hours and dragging my butt out bed at 4:45 a.m. ...

Getting yourself out of bed and to the Gym is half the battle. Great workout.
