Interim Update - I'm Half Way!
Well, the first 5 weeks of 10 have been completed. I'm so pleased with my progress so far. Here's the key figures:
Total Time Run For - 11 hours 10 minutes
Total Distance Completed - 73.43 km/ 45.63 miles
Average speed has increased from 3.7 mph to 4.8 mph
Min/mile pace has decreased from an average of 16 min/miles to 12.4 min/miles
I've run in the gym 21 times and outdoors once!
All great stuff, bring on the next 5 weeks!

Congrats on getting through half your program. You've come a long way in 5 weeks. Don't get frustrated with small set backs (I realize this is easy to say and hard to do). In another 5 weeks you'll be looking back amazed at how much further along you are.
